Fish On!
This is the yell you can hear this time of year. The Smith River is jumping, literally, with Salmon. The son has always enjoyed fishing and he seems to have fallen (no pun intended) into a relationship with a young woman who's dad is a retired fisherman. I'm not sure weather he likes the girl better or her dad!
They go out every day and it has gotten to the point where they catch and release because everyone's freezer is full of salmon.
Here is the Eye Candy picture for today, the biggest one yet. We're smoking it next weekend. Won't the neighbors love smelling that?
The white dots are rain. One benefit of living through 5 inches of rain in 3 days is the Salmon are running up river to spawn.
For those of you who know my family personally, yes, this is the oldest boy...6'1" and all growed up, Yikes!
